Important: By downloading, installing, or using the
Christmas.ai mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use. Please read them carefully.
1. App Overview
Christmas.ai is a mobile application powered by Artificial Intelligence
(AI) designed to transform user-uploaded photos into festive holiday
images, designs, and greetings. The app offers features such as Family
Photo AI, Christmas Card AI, Home Decor AI, and more.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Christmas.ai Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
- Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year
Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to
change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features
Christmas.ai Pro includes:
- Unlimited AI image generations
- High-resolution downloads without watermarks
- Access to all premium holiday styles and templates
- Ad-free experience
- Fast processing priority
2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's account settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your
App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
3.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price
changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will
be notified of any price changes in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
For iOS Users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap "Subscriptions".
- Find Christmas.ai and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
For Android Users:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
- Find Christmas.ai and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the
paid period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. User Responsibilities & Content
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you use.

You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

You agree not to use the generated images for malicious purposes or to
impersonate others.
6. AI Generation Disclaimer
AI Disclaimer:

The images generated by Christmas.ai are created by artificial
intelligence.

Results may vary based on the quality, lighting, and composition of
the uploaded photo.

We do not guarantee that every generation will be perfect or free of
artifacts.

AI-generated content should be viewed as artistic interpretation, not
a representation of reality.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your
device's app store. Christmas.ai does not control app store refund
policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Christmas.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but
not limited to loss of data or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
