- Uploaded Images: Photos you select from your gallery or take with your camera for AI processing.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, such as which AI features (e.g., Family Photo AI, Christmas Card AI) you use most.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and general technical data for debugging.
2. Photo Processing & Privacy
Your Photos are Private: Christmas.ai uses your photos solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI images.
How we handle your photos:
- Upload & Processing: When you generate an image, your photo is temporarily uploaded to our secure servers to be processed by the AI model.
- Temporary Storage: Original and generated photos are stored temporarily to allow you to download them.
- No Ownership: We do not claim ownership of your photos.
- No Sharing: We do not sell your photos to third parties or use them for marketing without your explicit permission.
- Face Data: Face data is used exclusively for the "Face Swap" or "Santa Visit" features to ensure realistic results and is not used for biometric identification.
3. Data Retention
- Uploaded Photos: Automatically deleted from our processing servers after a short period (typically 24-48 hours) to ensure privacy.
- Generated Images: Stored in your local app gallery. Cloud backups (if enabled) are retained while you have an active account.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services for:
- Payment Processing: Apple App Store and Google Play Store handle all financial transactions. We do not store your credit card info.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymous data to help us improve app stability.
5. Children's Privacy
Christmas.ai is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data.
